What happens if I ordered the wrong size or color?

All products on Buddha Merch are print to order, therefore any changes which needs to be made, needs to be within the first hours after purchase. If changes are not made within the first hours we cannot exchange your product.

 

I want to return my item I don’t like the way it looks

Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not facilitate returns or refunds. We only accept returns or exchange if items you received are defective or you have receive the incorrect order.

ORDERS

I have not received my confirmation email after placing my order?

Not to panic, first ensure you have checked all other email accounts you own. Still can't find it? Please check your spam folder and if you are still having difficulties just contact one of our customer representative who will be glad to help.

 

I did not received the product I ordered, what now?

We kindly ask that you contact us [email address] within 14 days of receipt to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and an image of the incorrect item and we will rectify this issue straight away by offering a free replacement order.

 

How do I place an order?

Choose a style, color and size from the drop down menu on the product page, then click the “add to cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

 

I have a question about my order, what should I do?

My order is faulty what do I do?

Please contact us at support@buddhamerch.com within 14 days of receipt to coordinate an acceptable solution. Please include your order number and a photo image of the faulty order. Once the image has been received the faulty product is checked by our quality control team. Once a final decision is made and we agree that the product is faulty we will rectify this issue straight away by offering a free replacement order.

When will I receive my order?

Every item at Buddha Merch is custom printed which can take 2-10 days to print (depending on demand) the following below are estimated shipping time from the point you place your order:

 US Shipping Time Estimates

Apparels: 1-2 weeks,

Jewelry: 1-2 weeks,

Shoes and Home Décor: 2-3 Weeks

International Shipping Time Estimates

Apparels: 2-3 weeks,

Jewelry: 2-3 weeks

Home Decor Products, Shoes, Boots, Luggage Covers, Hooded Blanket, Hoodie Dress, Car Seat Covers & Bags: 2-4 Weeks

Please Note: Some of our items which are in high demand (our free & promotional products) the shipping times may take longer than the estimates times above. For these items please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery

If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@buddhamerch.com

 

Can I use a PO Box address?

Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses

 

How Can I Track my order?

Once your order is shipped you will receive another email giving you a tracking number so you can follow the journey of your package online!
