Return & Refund Policy
Since your order is custom printed just for you, we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect sizing issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart on each product page. At Buddha Merch, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item or incorrect product. Thankfully it is rather unusual! But, if this is the case, you can send us an email for a free replacement. All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item or the damaged item. Before sending us an image of the damaged product please ensure the following:
- The product was received within 10 days
- The product is unwashed and unused
- The product or print is defective
- The final product is different from the one you ordered
We will only issue refunds on damaged/incorrect merchandise that is out of stock. We use our best efforts to provide you with the best image but unfortunately we cannot always 100% guarantee that colors and details on the website images are accurate representations of the product. If you for any reason would like to cancel or modify our order you have 24 hours after your order has been placed to contact email@example.com. After 24 hours, your order is usually placed in production and can no longer be modified or cancelled.
